Important notes for applicants

  1. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date in Tanzania.
  2. Make sure your passport has at least two blank pages for the immigration stamps.
  3. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is needed if you arrive from, or transit through, a country with a risk of yellow fever.
  4. Enter every detail exactly as it appears in your passport: any difference can delay your visa.
  5. Carry a printed copy of your eVisa together with your passport when you travel.
  6. We would like to mention that you can apply independently through the government website, which may help you save on processing fees.
